This is good for wounds that are deep and have a possibility of closing at the top before the wound heals from the bottom up.

The packing strip are fine except that it should have a plastic cap inside the container with slits so that the strip can be pulled easily without it all being tangled in the container

Would prefer a steady feed rather than a Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Promotes Healing. Safe.
Cons:
Needs inner extraction li.
Best Uses:
Short term use.
Describe Yourself:
Novice First Aid Skills.

The product as it stands is fine with the exception that it is hard to manage while packing a wound for healing. An inner lid to guide the strip as it is used would be very helpful.

Safe. Promotes Healing. Easy To Use. Effective.
Best Uses:
Long Term Use.
Describe Yourself:
Great skills. Adept at bandaging.

I have osteomyelitis and have a deep hole in the lower left portion of my leg so after I clean the wound with the spray I pack it with the strips to keep it clean and then cover it all with the gauze bandage.

Answer:
That is a great question. I make sure that my mini forceps and scissors are sanitized with alcohol before I pull a strip out and cut it and then I close the strip container.
