The 3M Tegagen High Gelling Alginate Dressing is sterile, highly conformable, and absorbent. The primary wound care for dressing moderately to heavily exudating wounds. This dressing becomes an amorphous gel-like mass when saturated. The saturated dressing may be gently irrigated from the wound bed at dressing change
