I have just discovered this product, but I can tell it is just what I have been looking for. I have hard to heal wounds due to RA and this product helps to keep the wound clean in a gently but effective manner. It does not sting, so I'm sure the next time a grandkids get a cut I will use it. I have already ordered more.

The last few of these we bought would not spray. Some I bought from Allegro and some I bought locally at a medical supply place which suggests a design problem in my opinion. From now on, I will buy Sea-Clens as it is in a pump spray bottle and a much better saline delivery system.
