Xeroform Gauze Dressing are indicated for use on open wounds, minor burns, donor sites, cancer resections, wounds and abrasions, surgical incisions, urological and proctological procedures. Xeroform Gauze Dressings conform and clings to body contours. The come in a convenient peel-open, tamper-proof package.

I had some painful infections around my ankle. They put on some Xeroform in the emergency room and I love this stuff. It is soothing, conforms and adheres very well to the wound area. I occasionally get a small sore and quickly go for the Xeroform as it always promotes excellent healing. It can be left on for days at a time and is easily and comfortably removed. I love this stuff.

Excellent healing aid for skin

Health-savvy but not pro.
Helped a lot in healing a 4x8" second-degree burn on my calf. However, basically figure-it-out-yourself if you're not a trained medic. Hunted around Web, questioned docs, figured out a good system of nonstick pads one day, Xeroform the next so didn't get too moist or overtreat healthy skin at edges of wound. That said, gentle, somewhat soothing, effective. Small sizes would be good in an emergency kit.

Used this product to cover 2nd degree chemical burns on my legs and feet. These helped a lot and were much more effective than using a topical neosporin/bacitracin with gauze. Since these are saturated, they don't dry out and cling to the skin as much. Highly recommend this product for long term burn therapy.
