THE PATROLATUM MIXTURE IS ALL AT ONE END INSIDE THE PACKAGE AND MUST BE SCRAPED TO AN EVEN COATING ON THE GAUZE. THEY SHOULD BE STORED LAYING DOWN!!!!AND A NOTE ON THE BOX TO DO SO.I HAVE USED TWO A DAY #8884433500 FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS. THEY ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM..THERE IS A NONE HEALIND WOUND ON MY WIFES BACK.
