Mike B. gave me your name as his supervisor and I'll bet he didn't think I'd really write you. But here I am to say you have a real gem in that guy. I started working on the purchase of a Jazzy chair a little over a month ago. Mike was there the whole way. As a matter of fact, I have talked to my insurance company only ONCE during the whole transaction. Mike took care of everything and was positively tenacious about it. He kept me informed of the progress and was ecstatic when the purchase was approved by my crazy insurance company. Please give him a day off or, at the very least, a large, public Atta boy! He went waaaaaaay above and beyond on this one. On top of it all, he's genuinely friendly and customer oriented. And he has an Iowa connection, so he understands humidity... (Ask him.)
