This is a definite diaper-type product. It takes some time to get used to wearing it, and to find a comfortable fit. But when you do, you can use it in confidence.
May take more than two hands to put on. And could really use two more gummed tabs for more secure fit. A good masking tape would help to make two more tabs.

my son is paraplegic, I use pads like poise, but these keep him wet when he leaks, will this keep his skin dry, I have to cath him he is paraplegic, I use in out cath, but he wears disposable underwear, and leaks between cath, I use poise, but it stays wet

They work well for me. I like their comfort and they do feel 'dry' when they're not :)I have tried other brands but they are my favorite.
