I have not had it long enough to say how the cover washes up, nor anything much more about it other than it is comfortable.
I am the one using it, not the elderly family member that I care for on a daily basis. I do not know if she would leave it in place in order to have any benefit for it, IF she needed it. (She doesn't).

There was only one size offered here, Measures 8" x 20" x 24". I find that to be plenty high for comfort. Not sure what the deal was when I bought it, but the free shipping was part of it--I think it was 60% off and free shipping on orders over $100.

The ortho bed wedge that I selected was recommended by my Physical Theraphist. I have had major back surgery and they use wedges all the time at PT. I was tired of all the pillows I had to use, my PT helped me select the correct size, my surgery was from the L2-S5.I love it
