Pros:
Very Breathable Cover. Easy to adjust. Easy to clean.
Cons:
Not-puncture proof.
Best Uses:
Wheelchair.
Describe Yourself:
Long Term User.

I have used ROHO cushions for over 25 years. Only thing I found that prevents pressure sores (and even allowed a minor one to heal while still remaining active). Typically in my chair for over 12 to 16 hours a day. I typically have mine fully inflated even though directions recommend inflating to where the butt is a hand-width elevated from the chair.

Q:
What is the difference in the low profile and the high profile cushion? Is one better for certain uses?

A:
a high profile cushion is best used by some one with more boney prominences, lighter in weight, who must avoid "bottoming out". A low profile is best used by just the opposite body type.
