Very helpful item

Pros:
Lightweight.
Cons:
Need larger tray surface.
Best Uses:
DISABLED.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver.

I purchased this item for my husband who has muscular dystrophy and broke 3 fingers on his dominant hand. This has been very helpful. I wish the tray surface was larger. It also states it is useful with all lift chairs. The way my husband's life chair is you can't put the bar of the tray under the chair. I really like the way you can rotate it around from the side of the lift chair to the front. Overall I really like the tray and it's been very helpful.

Q:
Every picture of this item shows it on the right hand side of the chair. Can I put it on the left side and still have the tray in its correct position?
