Bed Rope Ladder enables people with paralysis and/or general weakness to pull themselves up to a sitting position in bed.

Its five rungs, made of rigid plastic, 8 x 7/8¨ (20 x 2.2 cm) diameter, are strung at 5¨ (13 cm) intervals along a plastic rope. Rungs have smooth plastic end caps. The rope is looped at the end.

I would buy this product again and again

Pros:
Convenient.

This invention is very helpful but it has its own limitation.It is only for 70kg and i bought this for my aunty,who having weight around 85kg but aunty cannot use it as it exceed the allowable limit.

Q:
where does the bed ladder hook? Is it just between the mattress and box spring or do you need to have a bed frame? I need something that will be safe and secure that slips in between the mattress and box spring. For wheel chair access my mother can not have a bed in a frame, the box spring is on the floor.

Mine is hooked to the bedframe --ask an OT or PT. Sometimes the wheels on a bedframe can be removed allowing the frame to be closer to the floor
