I have polyps and this lets me check it's growth in the nostrils. I'm taking medicine to reduce the polyps, and this lets me see proof. The flashlights are bright and doesn't blind me because the light is narrow enough to pinpoint where I need it. Holding it is hard, however, because you have to hold down the clip part instead of a off and on button. But that's ok, it's exactly what I've been looking for!

When you order this you get 6 identical penlights. They work and are bright enough to use for a neuro exam on patients for medical purposes. The light beam is wide enough, also, for these purposes. I haven't tested the battery life extensively so I cannot comment on that. They don't have a strong clip so fall out of your white coat easily, so I'd suggest not putting them in your white coat chest pocket like many students and residents do. I've been satisfied thus far.
