The short answer is no. The long answer: Atrial fibrillation, or A-fib for short is a medical diagnosis, and as should be diagnosed by a medical professional. Any tool such as this may give "clues" or symptoms of what is going on with your body, but that is it. A medical professional, such as your doctor will have to do an exam to let you know if you have A-fib and this tool, might be one thing that he or she may use, but it won't be the only thing.
