My name is Brian and I am a manager myself and finding good people is very hard to come by. I wanted to take the time to let you know that it has been a very very long time since I have dealt with as kind , respectful and professional of a person as I have with Tae. There was a problem with my order and he not only called me back as he said he would yesterday morning but he amazingly called me back at the end of my business day yesterday to let me know the problem was solved and my purchase would be shipping out expeditiously. My point is this. With all he had to do yesterday he still cared enough to remember me, it is just shocking and he must be praised for this. People like Tae are very hard to find and I know in all of my years that praise and support goes a very long way for an employees self esteem and the pride they take in their work. He is a great asset to your company and I hope you understand why I would send this to you. Please find him and give him a well deserved pat on the back because I know that he did not just treat me special, he does it to every one of your customers they just dont take the time to let you know. I recently had a problem with a cast cover I ordered and Jeff in your Call Center helped me out a great deal. He was able to quickly pull my order, assess the situation and rectify the problem quickly so that my five year old can take a shower with ease and possible swim this summer!! Most importantly, it was how he handled himself - he was extremely personable, pleasant and so so helpful. Just thought I would pass this along-thought you would be pleased, I sure was!
