Cando Latex Free Exercise Bands - what do the different colors represent? I'm looking to order some to do some PT exercises at home. My therapist recommended this, they were willing to give me bands, however, they were not latex-free. Thank you. Donna

The color difference is for the difference in resistance. The lighter the color the lighter the resistance. Normally the easiest band is tan, then yellow, red, green, blue, and then black (the strongest). Hope this helps.
