Trampoline Rebounder

The Adjustable Angle Rebounder can be used as a plyometric ball return or as a trampoline. It has a T-bar for upper extremity support when used as a trampoline, and returns the ball with speed, force, and at an angle consistent with the throw when used as a rebounder. The angle adjusts from 0 to 60 degrees, and has a 250 lb. weight capacity, while the rebounder measures 39 inches diagonally. When you order the complete set, it comes with 5 balls included (2,4,7,11,15 lbs.).

How does the angle lock? can it be done quick or does it have to be screwed to lock for any angle
