Battery powered pump does not seem to work at all. Manual pump works well but it is difficult to determine the right size ring to hold the erection for more than 3-5 minutes. I have had radical prostate surgery and at least it is doing something (none of the pills do anything).

I like this product because it works perfectly every time, with none of the side effects of the ED drugs. There is a slight learning curve, but with a bit of practice a great result can be counted on every time. Erections are firm and last until you finish. I have found that the key to a quick firm erection, is to thoroughly lubricate the area where the pump sleeve interfaces with the skin. A complete seal is essential. If there is a lot of hair there, removing some or all of it is a big help.

I have been on blood pressure medications since age 19. I am also Diabetic. In addition, I take a medication which is known to cause ED. I used all the pills, no results. If you follow the DVD and written instructions carefully and take the time to find out which ring size works for you, the system will be effective. After 20 years I have been able to have an erection and enjoy greater pleasure with my partner. The system does not inhibit or cause painful ejaculation.The rings are easy to remove. I would recommend shaving the pubic area or using the provided shield to prevent pubic hair from getting caught in the rings. If you do not use the shield, be sure to pull the skin away from the base of the tube to get an even erection.
