I wear them with briefs. I think that briefs are the best to wear with male guards. They hold the pad tight against you.

I use mine with boxer briefs and compression briefs, so they should work fine with regular briefs.

that is the only underwear that works because of the tighter fit to the body. Boxers will not work

Yes one should wear these only with briefs. As briefs fit snugger they are secured better. I tried them with the boxer shorts and they do not work well at all.

I wear them with the Wearever Floral Panties, because that way, there is no pouch, and the pads fit closer than they would with men's briefs. Less leakage.

They need to be snug against the body. I use Wearever women's panties as they are very snug And they provide a second back-up barrier against leakage. Works optimally.
