Okay but not great.

Pros:
Discreet. Comfortable.
Best Uses:
Daily Use.
Describe Yourself:
Long Term User.

These pads aren't the worst I've used. However they're a long shot off from the best I've used. I am a paraplegic due to Spina Bifida and my bladder control is all but non-existent due to this disability. there are times that even just a bit of movement or muscle strain causes heavy leaks. These pads are not great at absorbing that before it ends up in a horrible accident. Not only are they not the most quickly absorbent but, they're also not very big so they hold less. If you do not have heavy leakage, these may be good for you. Again, they're not BAD. They just don't do the job for me in my situation.

Answer:
Yes they can be worn with briefs. They are very much like a womans sanitary napkin with adhesive on the back to hold them in place.

Answer:
I wear them with briefs. I think that briefs are the best to wear with male guards. They hold the pad tight against you.

I use mine with boxer briefs and compression briefs, so they should work fine with regular briefs.

Answer:
Yes one should wear these only with briefs. As briefs fit snugger they are secured better. I tried them with the boxer shorts and they do not work well at all.

Answer:
I wear them with the Wearever Floral Panties, because that way, there is no pouch, and the pads fit closer than they would with men's briefs. Less leakage.

Answer:
They need to be snug against the body. I use Wearever women's panties as they are very snug And they provide a second back-up barrier against leakage. Works optimally.
