I use the night splint at night-i thought it would be hard to sleep with it on but it is not. don't even notice it. I also use it when I am at the computer for awhile or sitting and crocheting in the evening. Very comfortable, no pain and it works!!

Meets my expectations.

Pros:
Effective. Easy To Use. Stabilizes. Comfortable.
Best Uses:
I spend a lot of time sea. . . Daily Use. .
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational.

Use over the calf cotton crew socks for additional comfort. I spend a lot of time seated at a computer and use the splint much of that time in addition to bedtime hours. I would have preferred a little larger toe wedge.

Excellent Option for Treatment!

Pros:
Easy To Use. Effective. Comfortable.
Best Uses:
Daily Use.
Describe Yourself:
Exercise 3 x per wk. Exerciser 25+ years.

The additional expense of this product was very much worth it! The gentle stretch position is not even noticeable. So it does not interfere with a good night's sleep. After only two weeks of use, I am experiencing significantly less heel pain. Beginning when I first step out of bed, my entire day is almost pain free now. This is the first time, since my doctor diagnosed my plantar fasciitis, that I feel that I have an overnight treatment solution that works for me. I am planning to start jogging again this week, and will try out the cold pack inserts. It is already past time to gear up for the spring 5K races! Never become a couch potato - stay mobile!

Answer:
I've seen several reviews where people complain that the ankle strap is too short. I have not had that problem; however, the calf strap is too short for me (I do have big calves). With the buckle though, it will stay in place, I just can't get the soft, velcro part all the way around.

Answer:
Yes, I feel the straps are too short. Mine are always coming undone and also maybe a better quality velcro would work. The splint is great though. I continue to use it despite the short straps

Answer:
I have the large men's version, and I think the straps are actually too long. I've been thinking of cutting them shorter.
