The GenuTrain S offers the same quality and comfort as other GenuTrain knee braces, with the added feature of medial and lateral side bars incorporated into the fabric of the brace. This added feature is great for sports that do not allow external metal framed braces.
GenuTrain S Product Features:
- Very stable, light and re-shapable. Anatomically contoured right and left versions.
- The sidebars are additionally secured with circular, inelastic straps. No external metal.
- Special knitting techniques make the support extremely comfortable to wear, including behind the knee.
- The anatomically shaped bars can be heated and reshaped and are inserted in lateral guide channels.
- A circular viscoelastic insert surrounds the patella and facilitates correct positioning of the support.
- Soft, breathable knitted material, particularly behind the knee, makes the support extremely comfortable to wear.

I had arthroscopic surgery for a meniscus repair and my knee still feels unstable when attempting any type of sport where quick stops and cutting are involved such as soccer. Is this brace a good choice for me?
