  • Sizing based on shoe size
  • This shaping allows for a full ½" lift at the heel
  • Comfortably corrects extreme leg-length discrepancies
Product Overview:

Leg Length Lifts

Leg Length Lifts provide a 1⁄2" lift to individuals with leg length discrepancies. Similar products achieve only 1⁄4" or 3⁄8" of lift and do not provide the necessary support to the mid-foot. They can also raise the foot too high without properly supporting the arch, which can put dangerous pressure on the metatarsal heads. These maximum height pads offer the proper support by approximating the plantar contours of the normal hindfoot and midfoot.

Use bilaterally for plantar heel pain or Achilles tendon problems. Flexible, molded polyurethane construction. Left or Right. Black.

Good and Sturdy

Sturdy. Easy To Use. stay in one place.
only one height.
Best Uses:
Daily Use. balance legs.
Describe Yourself:
Average Health. Value Oriented.

The lift is best used under the lining of your shoe. When it is on top of the lining the arch support feels too high - and I have high arches. I really wish it came in a 3/8

Back pain

Sturdy. Easy To Use. Lightweight. Easy Storage. Good Value. Safe.
Tight in shoe .
Best Uses:
Daily Use. Everyday.
Describe Yourself:

I had back pain for about two years, my disc in my lower back was/is herniated. This foot lift put my back into alinement again and after only a few days it was feeling about 70% better. I put it in all my shoes now and the pain only comes back when I over do it in the gym. I prolly need a chiropractor but can't afford one yet, this saved me a TON of lower back pain. I can jump out of bed in the morning again!!! Yay
