Awesome Product Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Sturdy. Lightweight.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic.

My 1/2" lift helps to compensate for the 1" shortness in my left leg due to a motorcycle accident. Lift really helps align my hips more properly and alleviates some of the pressure and pain associated with my lower back.

Works great Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Effective. Easy To Use.
Best Uses:
Everyday.
Describe Yourself:
Quality Oriented.

This 1/2" lift works great and is very comfortable. I have 1/2 difference in my legs due to hip replacement surgery. The unit fits in one shoe and my foot does not slip forward as it did with other lifts. I walk with an even gait and now I don't get a backach. I will purchase again.

ITS ALL GOOD!

Pros:
Effective. Sturdy.

I have high arches, so its perfect. My job requires me to be standing up 8 hrs a day and so far no aches of any kind. I am a casual runner and the lift is doesn't move on me while i run. Definitely improves posture and saves me from lower back aches. Would buy again!

Answer:
I purchased the medium. The heel width at the bottom is 1 1/2" and angles up to 2" at the top of the lift so it fits shoes OK. It has a full arch support so if putting it into shoes with good arch support, it fits very tight. Best for boots or loose shoes.

Answer:
They are a sturdy "rubberery" material, not self stick, but have a good heel cup so they don't slide forward; easy to move to other shoes.

Question:
I need a size Med according to your chart, but since it is the same for men and women, I am concerned that the heel will be too wide for my shoes. Would I be better off ordering a Small so this would not happen?

Answer:
I was worried about that too. I wear a 81/2 tennis shoe, I ordered a med. fits my shoe perfect. Took out shoe liner so shoe doesn't fit tight.
