Torbot Liquid Bonding Cement compares to Skin Bond Cement for an extra strong liquid adhesive. The Liquid Bonding Cement is an extra fast drying and secure cement. Use the liquid cement to adhere ostomy appliances to the skin. Extra strong white rubber, latex liquid adhesive cement. Use to adhere ostomy appliances to the skin. Fast drying and secure. Contains zinc oxide to relieve irritation. Brush applicator in lid. Contains latex.

YES IT SHOULD DO WELL-WILL LAST APPROX 2 WEEKS AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-APPLY

I think you might be able to do this. This glue is designed to attach "something" to skin. I would guess that your fake nails would attach. Be sure to apply a thin layer to both the nail and the toe, let them get tacky and then stick together. Give it time to dry.
