Does a great job on my bag and bottle

Strong. Easy to Use. Easy to UseGood Value. Good Value.
Best Uses:
Reusable leg bags. Reusable urinals. Reusable tubing. Reusable bottles. Reusable Urinary Products.
Describe Yourself:

I have been using the Urolux cleaner for over 15 years and it is the best one I have found. I use it to clean my latex leg bags, tubing and night bottle. I used to use just vinegar and water, but the bag would turn a very dark brown color and start to smell really bad after just a couple of weeks of use. I called the company and they told me about the Urolux cleaner. Ever since I used Urolux the bag no longer smells bad and it looks good even after a few months of use. I keep spare bags around for over a year and still use them once and a while. As long as I clean them with Urolux at the end of the day they look and smell good and it keeps the products working well.

Working well as intended

Effective. Easy to Use. Safe. Concentrated.
Best Uses:
Latex leg bags. Drainage bottles. Urinals.
Describe Yourself:
paraplegic. Independent. Active.

I use this cleaner every day for over 10 years. If you use it every day as directed it keeps your leg bags, bottles and tubing urine and odor free for many months. I tried other more expensive brands, but I found this cleaner to be one of the best. One bottle lasts me about 3 - 4 weeks for my leg bag, extension tubing and drain bottle. I get about 9 to 10 months of use out of my Urocare latex leg bag that I wear every day. The urocare drain bottles last almost forever, you just need to replace the tubing once in a while. I tried a vinigar/water solution, but my bags started to look bad, dirty and smell after just a couple of weeks. If you pay for your supplies yourself or you just want a clean odor free product then I highly recommend using this cleaner to help them last a very long time without a dingy look or bad odor.

Not too strong

Safe for plastics.
Does not dissolve deposit.
Best Uses:
Cleaning urinal.
Describe Yourself:
Untrained caregiver, wife.

I've used a German product that did more to dissolve deposits on the bottom of a urinal, but Urolux is safe, easy to use, and gets that vessel clean enough.

Hi Vicky, This is a great product to eliminate strong urine odor but seems to cause the urine bags to leak because it is extremely strong. I used it on my shower doors to clean the calcium buildup and it works, so does that tell you how strong it is? For experience, if you use disposable bags, I stopped using it. If you use the reusable (washable) bags, then it would probably work. I am only telling you this from my recent experience. My bags frequently leaked while I was using the Urolux and since stopping the use of it, they have not leaked.
