i use it sometimes.it works good.i need more of one that heats up for my arthiritis and tendernitis.it does help.good buy.i used to use and product i had was banalg whichwas great but they discontinuedit.cant find it anywhere,i would rather have that one.

I read where you shouldn't apply heat to the area where you have applied the bio-freeze. Why is that?

A:
Biofreeze should not be bandaged or used with external heating pads as it may cause blistering. You can use Biofreeze before or after ice to extend the cryotherapy period. Only breathable wraps are recommended for using with Biofreeze.
