Budget Buyer. severe arthritis -knees.

I have knee problems. I use these with a TENS unit set up the way my physical therapists showed me, and the two of them together eases pain after workouts and when the weather changes and makes them ache.

Couldn't live without them! Verified Purchaser

Describe Yourself:
Budget Buyer.

I first used these moist heat packs when I went to a chiropractor. They worked so good I immediately started searching for them online. I couldn't live without these heat packs, I get on it the first thing in the morning and it loosens up my back so I can function for the day. I have had back problems for 18 years now and I have used these for 18 years! I just bought 2 more for friends, they love them too! I keep a back stock of them in case they are ever discontinued, which I hope will not happen!

You heat the moist heat pack on your stove, in a covered pot of water, or in the microwave. I haven't experienced any burn stituations myself, I used a towel to wrap it in and I keep moving it around the pain area to keep from getting burned. Hope this helps!
