I have a 12.5x2.25 tires on my chair now. they say "inflate to 40psi on them but there is no valve coming out of the wheel and I have rode these things raw.until they split and break. is there really air in them. I want to replace with the pneumatic tire

sounds like the right tires, I would like to see a picture on here that shows you how to change the tires, both foam & pneumatic
