The Patient Alarm utilizes a pressure sensitive pad and connected battery powered alarm that alerts caregiver with audio sound when patient gets out of a chair or bed.

Questions: I have an electric chair. I should cut the power off before dismounting it. I have, so far, forgotten to cut the chair off when leaving it. This might be ideal to remind me to cut the power off by barking at me??? 1 Answers

Yes it appears to be battery operated, you can use this (the chair size one) for your electric chair.
