Describe Yourself:
Brand Buyer.
This product is a must have for Pentamidine once a month use. It delivers the meds at the correct particle size. BUT, it is very difficult to clean as it has multiple filters attached inside the tubes. It is also too heavy to hold just using your teeth while taking treatment. I need to hold it with my hand the entire treatment. This makes for a long, boring treatment time because I usually use my PC while doing treatments. Allergro Medical has the best prices on this nebulizer. My Pulmonary Dr. didn't even know where to find one, so I did a search and found this site. Unfortunately, Insurance doesn't cover it. Another side note... Some medications FOAM UP quite a bit in the nebulizers. I remedy this by wiping the inside of the medication cup with a small alcohol pad (BD) before I put the medication in. Also, do not shake the med.. just swirl to mix ingredients. Be careful with the mouth piece as the medication tends to 'pool' in the dip and may pour into your mouth. Every few minutes you can tilt it slightly to dump it back into the neb. Good luck and feel better!
