Yes it is rinse free. Wipe it off with a towel or wash rag.

You could use all over, but Aloe Vesta has another rinse-free product for all over cleansing

Severely itching after only only use, my wife quickly determined she was allergic to some ingredient. We gave the remaining bottles away on Craigslist, along with this warning.
