No, we don’t currently offer a regular discount to members or retirees of the Armed Forces; however, we offer daily promotions that anyone may use to either receive free shipping or discounts (exclusions may apply).

No, Allegro does not accept insurance or work with Medicare/Medicaid. However, customers may bill their insurance on their own. Contact your insurance provider to find out how to file an insurance claim.

How do payment authorizations work?

When placing an order, Allegro Medical Supplies Inc. (a division of Scrip, Inc.) will verify your card by placing a temporary authorization on your account. This will happen for every order placed with Allegro Medical Supplies Inc. (a division of Scrip, Inc.).
Still seeing two payments on your bank account? Don’t worry — it’s not an additional charge. Here’s how it works. To guarantee payment for your order, we authorize your card to ensure it’s valid and there are sufficient funds available to place your order. This is a common practice, used as an extra layer of security for all parties.
This temporary authorization, which is typically in the amount of your initial order, expires within 1-3 days of your completed delivery. You will only be charged for your order, and posted to your card within 24 hours of the actual product shipment. After processing the actual charge, the temporary authorization will reverse (within 1-3 days, the actual timing is dependent upon your credit card provider).
