Allegro Medical forms Strategic Alliance with We Media, Inc.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – June, 2000— Leading Internet home health care supplies superstore Allegro Medical today announced a strategic alliance with We Media, Inc., a cross-media company designed specifically for the estimated 54 million Americans with disabilities.
 In the alliance, the two companies will establish multiple links from the website to, forming a co-branded shopping area for Wemedia’s visitors. When links carry a user over to the Allegro site, the Allegro hosted page will appear in a “frame” below Wemedia’s “masthead” (a strip of Wemedia branded space on the top portion of the browser).  In some cases, individual products will be featured on Wemedia’s site and connected by links to the product pages on Allegro’s site.
