Q:
Is there a weight limit? can this be used safely to load from dock to pontoon? are there non-slip grippers?

I am not sure the manufacture specifications. I have a large wheel chair and my adopted daughter is almost 250lbs and the ramp could handle fine from ground up 12" rise

As per ADA California requires 1" rise equal 12" long. So do your math, if the curve is 4" height then your ramp should be 48" long minimum.
