Well Constructed.
Unsafe. Hard To Use.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver. Medical Professional.

The concept of this item is wonderful. For elderly people who usually use a cane or walker it would allow them to take items with them (drinks, plates, books, magazines, etc) from room to room. The problem with this trolley is that it is very difficult to steer. Usually, people who use a cane, walker, etc., have trouble walking. This could cause the user to fall sideways or forwards. If the manufacture had designed it so that only the front 2 wheels swiveled and made the back 2 wheels locked in the forward position I believe the cart would have performed as imagined. Think of it this way, wheelchairs have only the front wheels that swivel and the back wheels only going straight, and they are easy to steer. This trolley has wheels that want to turn in different directions at the same time. I bought this item for my mother, and I returned it ASAP. As a person who used to buy medical supplies for nursing homes, I would consider this an accident waiting to happen.

Well Constructed. Stores Easily. Easy To Use. Lightweight. Safe. Supports Weight. TURNS ON A DIME.
Best Uses:

I have been using this product for 2 weeks. It was easy to put together. The directions were too dark so I had to figure it out. It was easy to figure. Took 10 min. What an answer to prayer. It helps me be independent with carrying meals. Laundry. I am able to walk more often. As far as the wheels going in every direction, they go In the direction I want, I back up easy and get into tight spots. It's very heavy. I thought that would be a problem. NO. IT is for safety and you don't feel the weight at all. The weight limit is for 250.It is so well made, that I do not worry at all. It takes care of a lot more, but the manufacturer has its legal limits. I think it is the one thing I bought in a long time that does what it says, in a safe and efficient way. I love the independence I have from it. I am going to get another for downstairs when I do laundry.

would have been a great product except Verified Purchaser

cheap nasty wheels .
wheels do not turn proper. Hard To Use.
Describe Yourself:

the cheap and nasty wheels cause the trolley not to go in the direction you want and make it difficult to handle especially for a person with bad balance. the castors have no bearings which better models have thus the wheels stick and won't turn easily.

Best Uses:
Describe Yourself:

We used a TV tray to provide easy access to water, meds, etc, but the patient could not move it to get to the bathroom. With the trolly, it is easy to roll out of the way. It did need 3 hands to assemble.
