Great for nursing mamas Verified Reviewer

Cut to size. Cooling (store in fridge).
Best Uses:
Nursing pain relief.

When my son was born, one of the hospital nurses brought me a pack of these to use for nipple relief as my body adjusted to nursing. She showed me that I could store them in the fridge, cut them to size, and re-use them for up to 24 hours or until they were saturated. When I ran out, I tried the “official” nursing gels available in stores, and they didn’t hold a candle to these for comfort and price. After I stopped needing them, I stored mine in the fridge for quite a while and ended up making use of them down the road, so I recommend stocking up. FYI per the other reviewer, they will not stay in place on their own; wearing them underneath a nursing bra is enough to hold them in place for me, and you can add a cloth nursing pad over them if desired to hide the shape.

It works well!!!

This gel dressing was recommended by a wound care nurse. It was used to cover a raised bed sore that needed assistance with completely healing. The skin on the wound was size of a pencil eraser that needed to be flatten out. It was very effective with keeping the wound moist and flattening the skin at the same time. After using the product for two weeks, the wound completely healed. I highly recommend this product, but would suggest that you consult with a wound care nurse to make sure that you are using the appropriate dressing so that it will heal properly.
