Yes, it would work well for a PEG that does not drain that much. I use it for a J tube and I have quite a bit of drainage and have to change the dressing several times a day but it is the most comfortable dressing that I have found.

It might be ok, but for my son I need something thicker and more absorbent because he leaks some. I actually use make up removal pads that I buy at a regular store like Target or Walmart.

Yes, I use them for my son's G-tube. As others have said, as slong as there isn't a lot of drainage. I usually change my son's dressinge 2 times a day. they are just the right amount of padding. I use 1 pack or 2 sponges at a time.

I've used this product for my mother who has a feeding tube. She has some leakage for various reasons and with the split they are perfect for leakage and ointment on the area around the tube site. The material used is good in that you don't have to worry about strings from gauze like material compromising the tube opening.

We have used the split drain sponges for a year. They are a good buffer between the clasp on the Peg Tube and the skin. No abrasions, we have no drainage, but if we did, the sponge would catch it.

Yes, my husband has used these with his PEG for nearly 2 years. When he has had drainage, he just changes them more often.
