PRODUCT USE & CARE

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

For cold therapy use, store in freezer for 24 hours.

For heat therapy, place pack in microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Knead pack after heating interval. Continue heating at 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack after each heating interval.

CAUTION: Microwave power levels vary. Overheating may cause injury.

WARNING: Do not sit on or place excess weight on pack. For external use only.

WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do not wash. Do not tumble dry. Wipe clean as needed with a dry cloth.
