YES IT SHOULD DO WELL-WILL LAST APPROX 2 WEEKS AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-APPLY

I think you might be able to do this. This glue is designed to attach "something" to skin. I would guess that your fake nails would attach. Be sure to apply a thin layer to both the nail and the toe, let them get tacky and then stick together
