Questions: Our main purpose is to attach something sturdy enough to assist a 210 pound person to pull herself upright from supine position. Most comments talk about preventing sleeping people from rolling out of bed, but this is not a problem for us. It is not clear how any of these railings attach to the bed and whether the attachment would be sturdy enough to grab onto and lift oneself to a sitting position. Comments on this issue would be appreciated. (We are presently shopping for a twin bed and appropriate frame; many have no box springs.) 0 Answers
