MIC Gastrostomy Tube

I wondered the same thing. I had only used the regular higher priced Mic in the past. The cheaper Kimberly Clark has a different "bumper". Instead of being round it is a clover shaped, and it is not stiff, very pliable. This didn't work for me because I need a stiff bumper so that I can secure the tube down with gauze and silk tape. There was also a difference with the valvesaa. I believe it was the balloon valve. This is where you inject the water with a syringe to dilate the balloon. This was last year when I purchased the Kimberly Clark so I can't remember if there was anything else. :)
