NYOrtho gap shields fills gap between mattress and headboard/footboard/side-rails even when the side rails are raised or lowered. It has Foam body covered with durable wipe-clean nylon. The gap shields are ideal for preventing arm and leg entrapment in zones 3 and 7. Its wedge shape fills gaps of up to three inches protecting the residents from any accidental injuries and discomfort in bed due to gaps.
