After the initial fitting, this sling can be donned and doffed without assistance. Small/Medium strap measures 25in (64cm). Large/X-Large strap measures 32in (81cm). Both sizes can be adjusted plus or minus 5in (13cm). Cuffs measure 15in x 5-3/4in (38 x 15cm). Hand wash and air dry. Fits left or right arm.

I have a arm sling from the hospital due to my paralyzed left arm from a major stroke. The problem is that I cannot remember how to put it on. Are there 360 degree angle directions I can refer to so I can see both front and back placement?
