Orders for in-stock items will ship within 3 business days. We are unable to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping method is Ground (unless otherwise selected by Customer) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii – shipping method and rates may vary). Items ordered directly from the manufacturer may take longer. 

We reserve the right to choose carriers based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules. Please note that any orders placed on Fridays after 4:00 CST (Central Standard Time) will not be processed until the following Monday.

 

Shipping Rates

Ground Shipping rate within the continental united states is $9.95

Additional shipping methods are available for expedited orders or special considerations. Rates vary based on destination, weight, and method.

Heavy Item Surcharge

Due to the substantial cost to ship some orders, shopping carts with total calculated weight of 100 lbs or more may incur an additional Heavy Item Surcharge at checkout.

Shipping Methods

Ground - Parcels reach most continental United States destinations within 5 business days of shipment and include tracking information. Please note that processing and packing your order may take up to 3 business days before they are able to ship. Due to additional factors such as weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.

Two Day - Your shipment is guaranteed by UPS or FedEx to arrive in 2 business days (Monday-Friday). To qualify, the order must be entered by 2:00 pm CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday by 2:00 pm CST will arrive by Wednesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday by 2:00 pm CST will arrive on Tuesday. We are closed all major holidays which will push back delivery.

Standard Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by UPS or FedEx to arrive by 3:00 PM the next business day (Monday-Friday). To qualify, the order must be entered by 2:00 pm CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday by 2:00 pm CST will arrive by Tuesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday by 2:00 pm will arrive on Monday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.

Priority Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by UPS or FedEx to arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day. To qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday by 11:00 AM CST will arrive by 10:30 AM Tuesday. An order submitted Friday by 11:00 AM CST will arrive Monday morning by 10:30 AM CST. Please call customer service for a custom quote. Priority Overnight is not available in all areas.

Saturday Overnight Delivery - Saturday delivery is available using FedEx. Orders must be placed on the Friday before the desired delivery date. A $16.00 additional charge applies. Please call customer service for a custom quote. Order must be received by 11:00 AM CST.

White Glove Service - We offer FedEx Signature Home Delivery, Evening Home Delivery and Appointment Home Delivery. Please call customer service for a custom quote.

Common Carrier - Large orders or items will ship LTL (Less Than Truckload) via common carrier. Please contact customer service for a custom quote.

Alaska / Hawaii Ship Method - All parcels are shipped using Ground, USPS, or another international carrier. Order makeup and destination will determine the carrier selected. Please call customer service for a custom quote.

Post Office Box & APO/FPO - Please contact customer service to check product availability and request a delivery quote.

Canada, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands

International Economy - 2-5 business days, depending on location. Please call customer service for a custom quote.

International Priority - 1-3 business days, depending on location. Please call customer service for a custom quote.

Manufacturer Direct Shipping

Important Disclaimer

Our shipping terms are FOB Seller’s warehouse. Risk of loss transfers at time of shipment. In the event of a lost item or package, we can contact the shipper on your behalf to file a claim.
