I have used 23, 22 and 25 guage for test cyp. (due to pharmacy screw ups). 22 feels huge to inject with to me. I don't mind the 23. 22 is really easy for drawing, so I wouldn't see a need for 18 at any rate. 25 is nearly impossible to draw into. I've

I use it to draw and deliver. Works great, goes in perfectly. Drawing the concentrated stuff will go slower, but there's no point in using two needles just to make the draw quicker. Definitely fill with air to get the gear out quicker

I regularly draw medicine the consistency of olive oil using this syringe. It's slow, but doable. 1) make sure to tighten the needle hub against the cylinder. This'll minimize vacuum leaks. 2) IF recommended, inject a bit of air to pressurize the medicine

Try using a bigger fudge needle to draw from vial. Not sure what kind of medicine it is but sometimes the medicine is dry inside the vial andv requires the insertion of bacteriostatic water. Email me at [email protected] for detailed assistance.

Usually due to negative pressure. Make sure you "push" air into the vial before trying to "pull" medicine out. I use 2cc in for every 1cc I am trying to get out.
