Vary resistances by increasing or decreasing number of rubber bands attached to the exerciser, or by changing to a different color-coded set of bands. The Range-of-motion (ROM) may be decreased by using the flexion limiter. Each exerciser comes with 5 red bands OR 5 sets of color-coded bands (25 bands – 5 of each color).
