LoFric Plus Catheter - Male 16"
LoFric Plus Intermittent Catheter is a softer, more pliable catheter for patients used to using red rubber catheters. The classic LoFric catheter has a hydrophilic surface that is equipped with a unique surface layer technology. This reduces the friction between the catheter and the urethra to a minimum. LoFric Plus is no exception. Quite the opposite – the material used in LoFric Plus means that the friction is even lower than in the classic LoFric catheters. Choosing LoFric Plus is a reliable choice, in both the short and long term.

- 2. Fill the package with water until the water reaches about an inch below the funnel end.
- 3. Remove the vlue patch at the top of the package and attach the pack to a dry surface.
- 4. Allow the catheter to soak for at least 30 seconds, then catheterize.
LoFric Intermittent Catheters are designed for one-time use only. After a single use, the hydrophilic coating is not assured to retain its water layer inside the urethra. This may cause injury to the urethra and/or increase the risk of infection.
