Instructions for use:

Heat Therapy:

To heat in hot water: Bring water to boil. Remove pan from heat. Place pack in water for 8-10 minutes. Do not apply pack directly to skin. Wrap pack in cloth. To heat in microwave: Cover pack with water in microwave safe dish and heat at full power for 45 seconds based on 1200W.

DO NOT OVERHEAT. Do not apply pack directly to skin. Wrap pack in cloth. DO NOT REHEAT PRODUCT MORE THAN TWICE IN 1 HOUR.

Cold Therapy:

Freeze for at least 1 hour in a freezer storage bag. Wrap in a dry towel, test temperature for comfort level, and apply to desired area. Remove Hot/Cold pack if it becomes uncomfortable.

Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time.
