Thinking about moving to Arizona to avoid nasal allergies? Think again, my friend. Allergens are everywhere. Pollen, dust, animal dander, mold - all seemingly harmless until your body mistakes them for something sinister, like bacteria or a virus. Next thing you know, bam! You're a red-eyed sneeze monster.

Starting the year with a list of New Year's Resolutions may be as commonplace as ending the year without them. Perhaps therein lies the problem - starting with a list of resolutions intead of just one specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-based (S.M.A.R.T.) goal . . . but I digress. I consider myself to be a blessed sleeper. Most nights, I fall asleep easily, only wake up a few times for a bathroom break, and wake up relatively refreshed. This does not mean that I never struggle with insomnia. I have had my nights of tossing and turning, or waking up in the middle of the night, unable to get back to sleep till it is time to wake up. That is all part of normal sleep.

May is National "Better Sleep Month". We think that's brilliant because we have some really, really great products to help you sleep better - and they're all natural. At least you won't have to worry about driving the car or raiding the fridge while under the influence of sleeping pills!

I've been nickle and dime-ing my bedroom for years, chasing an image of the perfect, snuggly sleeping chamber. A dark shade here, a humidifier there, wave sounds, soothing colors... but a recent lower back problem pushed me to take a comprehensive look at the bed itself. Needless to say, I have a new bed . . . and mattress. . . pillows . . . and, okay, well, pretty much everything. Hey, don't we spend, like, a third of our lives in bed? So, anyway.

Whatever the reason for your chronic, continuous snoring, be it that you’re getting older, drunker or fatter, you’re probably getting on your bedmate’s nerves, not to mention wiping out any chance they have for a good night’s sleep. Trust me. Now, I’m not talking about the occasional ‘mild’ snoring that you do when you sleep in a certain position, or when you have a cold – we all do it. My dog snores. Babies snore. I’m talking about those loud, intolerable, ground shaking snuffelupagus snores that just won’t quit, minute after minute, night after night. Flashback to my dad. Thank goodness my mom couldn’t hear a thing without her hearing aids in. Doesn’t mean us kids couldn’t. OMG.
